Mempolitics is a reader-supported news site. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell what we collect.

What we collect

Newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we keep your email address. It goes to our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, which sends the issues and records opens and clicks the way every email service does. We use it to send the newsletter and for nothing else. Every issue has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Site traffic. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not identify you. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends Google the request, which includes your IP address. We do not receive that data.

What we do not do

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share reader data with anyone.

The shop

shop.mempolitics.com is ours. Orders are paid through Stripe and printed and shipped by Prodigi. We keep no name, address, or card data on our systems. The shop has its own privacy policy at https://shop.mempolitics.com/legal/privacy, which governs purchases.

Third parties

Links to X and to outside sources take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. To have your email address deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, write to hello@mempolitics.com. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
