Bitcoin spot ETFs pulled in $930 million in net inflows between July 14 and July 22. That's the first sustained inflow streak since May, which broke a two-month drought where institutional wrappers were quietly bleeding. The Capitalist read: the same institutions that de-risked during the spring quietly re-risked through the summer. Nothing about the tape itself changed enough to explain a $930M reversal in flow direction — what changed was the wrapper class deciding the risk envelope was back inside its allocation limits. Meanwhile short-term holders sold roughly 50,000 BTC in Q2. Retail folded. Institutions bid. Same tape, opposite conclusions.
