SEQUANS SOLD ITS LAST 314 BITCOIN AND CALLED IT DISCIPLINED EXECUTION — THE RELEASE NAMES NO PRICE, NO PROCEEDS AND NO LOSS

Sequans said on September 24, 2026 that it sold the 314 bitcoin it still held and finished leaving the bitcoin treasury business it opened fourteen months earlier. Chief executive Georges Karam called it “the disciplined execution of a strategy designed to strengthen our financial foundation.”

The release does not say what the coins sold for. No proceeds, no average price, no gain, no loss. A company that went to the market in public to buy bitcoin closed the position and handed shareholders adjectives.

What can be checked: the program opened in July 2025 with an initial 370 coins, the convertible debt came off the books in May 2026, and the last 314 went out this week. Everything between those points is in a filing nobody has published yet.

Buying bitcoin gets a press release with figures in it. Selling it gets a word like disciplined. At the time of this writing, bitcoin was $84,261.
