SUPERCYCLE FINANCE, A NEW BITCOIN TREASURY FIRM, SAYS IT WILL SELL AT CYCLE TOPS — MICHAEL TERPIN PLANS A REGULATION A RAISE — NO SEC FILING FOUND YET

Supercycle Finance, a new bitcoin treasury company led by chief executive Michael Terpin, said on October 2, 2026 that it plans to raise up to $75 million through a Regulation A offering, with most of it going to buy bitcoin, Terpin told Bitcoin.com.

Unlike Strategy, it says it will sell. Terpin calls it a "four seasons" approach, "designed to outperform bitcoin by buying at the low end of the cycle and on dips and [selling] at the top," as Bitcoin.com quotes him. The company also bought Presearch, a shut-down search engine, and its compute platform, Hypavolt.

$75 million is the most a company can raise in a year under Tier 2 of Regulation A, the route that lets ordinary investors buy in without a full stock listing. We found no filing under the Supercycle name in an EDGAR full-text search on October 2.

A treasury company that promises to sell at the top is a fund with a market call. Its shareholders are not buying bitcoin. They are buying a bet that management can find the top. Bitcoin's own supply schedule needs no forecast. At the time of this writing, bitcoin was $84,134.
