SUPER LEAGUE BOUGHT ONE BITCOIN FOR $83,041.40 — METAPLANET’S 2,100 ARRIVE ONLY IF HOLDERS VOTE YES ON OCTOBER 16 — THOSE HOLDERS WOULD KEEP 3.9%

On October 10, 2026, Super League Enterprise bought one bitcoin for $83,041.40. Its 8-K, filed October 13, 2026, calls the purchase part of its “exploration of Bitcoin as a treasury asset alongside cash and cash equivalents.” It is the only bitcoin the company says it owns.

The bigger pile is still a vote away. Stockholders meet October 16, 2026 to approve issuing Metaplanet 44,859,400 shares at $3.00, paid with 2,100 bitcoin and $2.5 million in cash. The coins were priced at the Coinbase close at 4 p.m. New York time on August 14, 2026. Take out the cash and the deal values them at about $62,894 each. The coin count is fixed and so is the share count. At the $83,041.40 Super League paid on October 10, those 2,100 coins come to about $174.4 million, against $132.1 million when the deal was priced.

Now who pays. The proxy says holders other than Metaplanet and Evo Fund would keep 1,808,847 shares, 3.9% of the company. Metaplanet would own 95.7%, plus warrants for up to 381,000,000 more shares at $3.00 to $33.50 over ten years. Fully diluted, the proxy puts Metaplanet at about 97.3%.

Here is the trade for a holder. Today one coin sits behind 1,997,573 shares. If the deal closes, 2,101 coins sit behind 46,856,973 shares before any warrants. That is about 90 times more bitcoin per share, in exchange for a 3.9% seat. At the time of this writing, bitcoin was $83,196.
